DISPATCH AND PROCESSING TIMES
We aim to dispatch most orders within 24–48 hours. However, certain items may require a little extra time as they are specially ordered for you. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Please note that no dispatches are made on UK weekends or bank holidays.
For example, if you place an order on a Friday, it will usually be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. During peak periods (such as Black Friday), dispatch times may be extended by an additional 24–48 hours.
Once your order is packed, it will be dispatched the same day, and you will receive a tracking code via email. The delivery timeframes below are typical estimates and may vary depending on the postal operator, especially during busy seasons. These timeframes are not guaranteed and are outside our control.

CANCELLING AN ORDER
Please note that we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order once the dispatch process has started. If you have made a mistake, please email us ASAP via the contact us page. The sooner you email, the more we will be able to help.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Please be aware that any customs fees or import duties for deliveries outside the United Kingdom are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are beyond our control, and we are unable to estimate what they may be, as customs policies vary from country to country. For more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
LATE OR LOST ORDERS
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate. David Workwear & Co. cannot be held responsible for parcels that go missing due to an incorrect address being supplied.
Any order discrepancies, including missing or lost items, must be reported to us in writing via email. Refunds or replacements for lost items can only be issued 10 working days after the dispatch date, as required by the postal operators.
ITEMS NOT RECEIVED BUT TRACKING SHOWS THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERED
If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe place by the courier or postal worker, it will be considered successfully delivered once it has been left at that location. In such cases, we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
For deliveries sent to workplace addresses, parcels may be handed to a post room, receptionist, or colleague, and someone else may sign for them. If you need confirmation of delivery, you can request a Proof of Delivery certificate directly from Evri by completing their signature request form.
Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as delivered. For this reason, we strongly recommend choosing a secure and reliable delivery address.
