Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to consumers only and is in addition to your statutory rights.
1. Your Right to Cancel
You have a legal right to cancel your order in certain circumstances. Your rights depend on what you have purchased, whether there is a fault, and when you choose to cancel.
You may cancel your order if:

The product is faulty or not as described

You are cancelling due to something we have done or told you we are going to do

You have changed your mind about the product (subject to the conditions below)
2. Cancelling Due to Our Error or Unforeseen Issues
You may cancel your order immediately and receive a full refund if:

We have informed you of an error in the price or description and you do not wish to proceed

There is a significant delay in supply due to events outside our control

You have a legal right to cancel because of something we have done wrong
3. Change of Mind Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products.
In addition, we offer a goodwill guarantee:

You may cancel your order from the date the contract is formed

If the product has been delivered, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to cancel, provided that:

The items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in resaleable condition

The items are not excluded under section 4 below
This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed products.
4. Products Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
Change of mind returns do not apply to:

Custom-made or personalised products (including bespoke items)

Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons (such as certain PPE) if they have been opened or unsealed after delivery

If you notify us by email or post, your cancellation will be effective from the date the message is sent.
6. Refunds
If you cancel in accordance with this policy:

We will refund the full price of the product and any standard delivery charges paid

Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation notice

Refunds will be made to the original payment method
You are responsible for return delivery costs unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
7. Returning Your Products
If the product has already been delivered:

Include the returns form provided with your order or request one from us

You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession
8. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If a product is faulty or not as described:

We will provide a full refund

We will also refund any delivery charges and reasonable return costs

Your legal rights remain fully protected
9. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
